These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the North mobile application ("App") operated by Giller LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By using North, you agree to these Terms.
North is available to users ages 7 and older. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to create an account. North offers a dedicated teen account type with optional parental oversight through linked parent accounts.
North offers three account types:
North is a money management tool that helps users build better financial habits by splitting paychecks into spending, saving, investing, and goal categories. North does not connect to bank accounts, hold funds, or provide financial advice. All financial inputs are user-entered and for tracking purposes only.
North offers the following subscription plans:
Free Trial: New users receive a 30-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
Managing & Canceling Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

All content, features, and functionality of North are owned by Giller LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
North is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. North is not a financial institution and does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Giller LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Profile → Danger Zone in the App, or by emailing customer.support@gillerllc.com. Account deletion is permanent. All data including paycheck history, goals, and bucket allocations will be permanently erased. If you are a parent, deleting your account will unlink all connected teens.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
